**Q1: How long does delivery take?**  

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment. Delivery takes approximately 30-50 business days by sea shipping.  

**Q2: Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?**  

No. All prices on our website are duty-paid (DDP), which means taxes and import duties are already included in the checkout price. You do not need to pay extra fees.  

**Q3: How are the sofas shipped?**  

All sofas are compressed and shipped directly from factory in China via sea freight. This allows us to provide affordable and eco-friendly delivery.  

**Q4: How long does it take for the sofa to expand after unpacking?**  

Once unpacked, the sofa may take up to 72 hours to fully expand to its original shape.  

**Q5: Can I return my order if I change my mind?**  

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.  

**Q6: Do you provide tracking?**  

Due to the nature of sea freight, tracking updates may be limited or delayed. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order is dispatched.  

**Q7: Which countries do you ship to?**  

Currently, we ship only to the United States and Canada. More regions will be added in the future.
